In this project, we modernized the electrical systems for a stairwell renovation, focusing on safety and compliance. Key updates included power installations, conduit protection, and upgraded fire alarm wiring.

For the Windswept Villas project, we completed a stairwell renovation project and handled all electrical updates, ensuring a modern, efficient, and code-compliant system. This included the demolition and installation of 120/240v electrical systems to support new lighting and power requirements.

PVC conduit was expertly installed to protect wiring and maintain durability in a high-traffic area. Additionally, fire alarm wiring (F.A. wiring) was updated to enhance safety and meet regulatory standards.
